Once an application is submitted and payment is processed, cancellation requests can only be accepted before the HSRP registration process begins.
Requests for cancellation should be sent via email or contact form within 24 hours of submission.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be considered only if the HSRP service has not been initiated with the authorized provider.
Processing fee (if any) may be deducted from the refundable amount.
Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
Partial refunds may be applied in cases where some services have already been rendered.
